The REDOLi group seeks to improve society through research in the fields of recognition, sustainability and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its research activities focus on the development of molecules and nanomaterials for sensors, as well as the development and application of electronic noses and electronic tongues. The group also works on molecules and nanomaterials capable of modulating protein activity, particularly the enzymes polyphenol oxidase and lipase\/pancreatin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional research lines include the synthesis and application of Covalent Organic Frameworks (COFs), porous materials for gas capture, microwave-assisted synthesis, life cycle analysis, and the development of nanomaterials and sensors for the agricultural sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group is also committed to advancing more sustainable processes and products, particularly in agriculture and the chemical, materials and food industries. Furthermore, it promotes the dissemination of knowledge related to the bioeconomy, circular economy and climate change, while supporting companies in innovation processes, knowledge identification, knowledge transfer, intellectual property strategies and project development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

CV Prof. Jose Vicente Ros Lis<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

Jose Vicente Ros Lis is a Full Professor and head of the REDOL\u00ed research group at the University of Valencia (UV). He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2005, receiving the European Doctorate distinction and the Special Award for Doctoral Thesis. His current research interests focus on the development of chemical solutions related to sustainability. His work is distinctly interdisciplinary, as reflected in the development of sensors, nanomaterials, and the study of supramolecular processes, and it also has an applied focus, as evidenced by his 8 patents and numerous industry collaborations. He is the author of 68 articles and 7 book chapters. He has participated in 64 national and international research projects and 4 educational innovation projects, serving as Principal Investigator (PI) on 37 of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
