Last Saturday, 6 June, our Deputy Director, Margarita Parra, met with Lisardo Fernández, Vice President, and Mª Dolores Ortiz, Treasurer of AVAST – the Valencian Association for Supporting Gifted Individuals.
During this initial meeting, the possibility of the IDM becoming a collaborating organisation of AVAST was discussed. AVAST is a leading association dedicated to supporting children, young people, and families with high intellectual abilities in the Valencian Community.
The conversation was open, engaging, and full of enthusiasm. At IDM, we believe that science should reach those whose curiosity and talent have the power to shape the future. And AVAST works every day to support precisely these individuals.
We hope this marks the beginning of a highly rewarding collaboration.
