Match Biosystems was established as a spin-off company focused on developing innovative tools for the analysis and interpretation of complex biological and molecular data, enabling the effective translation of research findings into applications in biotechnology and the life sciences. 

Celentis was founded in 2024 as a spin-off focused on developing sensors for the detection of drugs used in chemical submission and for monitoring senescence markers, advancing applications in diagnostics and public safety. It represents the first spin-off jointly participated by the two public universities of Valencia, marking a milestone in interuniversity technology transfer and collaboration.
